1. Order Processing Time
All footwear and collaborative merchandise orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends, US federal holidays, and seasonal sale peak periods.
- Orders placed after 18:00 EST will be processed the next working day.
- During End of Season Sale, holiday promotions, and new drop releases (Crocs, POP MART, Toy Story, LEGO, Umbro, Red Bull Racing, One Piece collabs), processing time may extend to up to 5 business days due to high order volume.
- We do not ship on weekends or official holidays. No rush processing service is available.
2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Methods
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions via tracked international logistics carriers. Two shipping options are offered at checkout:
Standard Tracked Shipping
- Available for all global destinations
- Estimated transit time: 7–18 business days after dispatch
- Full tracking number provided for every parcel
Express Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
- Faster customs clearance priority
- Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Threshold
All shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout based on total order weight, package dimensions, and delivery country.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $199 USD
- Flat rate standard shipping for orders below $199 USD, displayed before payment
- Express shipping surcharge varies by destination and package weight, shown at checkout
- No additional handling fees for shoe boxes, collaborative gift packaging or branded accessories.
4. Order Tracking
Once your footwear order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number will be sent to your checkout email address.
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to activate on carrier official websites.
- If you cannot receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis:
- Customers are fully responsible for all local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges required by your destination country.
- We strictly comply with international customs regulations. We will NOT mark packages as gifts or under-declare product values to avoid customs charges.
- Customs inspection, local postal backlogs, or regional public holidays may lead to unexpected delivery delays, which are beyond our control. We cannot issue compensation for customs-related hold-ups.
6. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your full, accurate shipping address (including apartment, unit, postal code) before checkout. We take no responsibility for lost, delayed, or returned parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete, or expired addresses.
- If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to our warehouse due to invalid delivery information:
- We will refund the merchandise value only, minus original outbound shipping fees and return logistics charges.
- Re-delivery requires a new full shipping payment covered by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Shoe Parcels
If your Crocs clogs, sandals, flip flops or collaborative licensed goods are lost, missing, or arrive damaged in transit:
- Submit a support ticket within 7 calendar days after the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos of damaged packaging/items.
- We will launch an official carrier investigation. Resolution options include complimentary re-shipment or partial/full refund after carrier confirmation.
- Claims filed beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted.
8. Address Modification Rules
Address change requests must be submitted via email support before order fulfillment. Once the parcel is shipped, no address edits or reroutes can be arranged.
